We’re a small (but mighty) operation, and each Burnt Out Candle is hand-poured, labeled with care, and packaged with clinical precision. Because of the nature of our products - and the labor involved in making and shipping them - we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.

That said, we’re not monsters.

If something arrives broken, melted, or otherwise not serving the dopamine decor vibes it should be, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Send a photo and your order number to GetRelief@BurntOutCandles.com, and we’ll take care of you.

TL;DR:

  • All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with a photo.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or the postal gods, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes sideways.
