We aim to ship all orders from our Nashville, TN candle-making lab within 2-3 days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with tracking info.

Shipping Time

• Standard U.S. shipping is usually via UPS Ground and typically takes 3–7 business days once it's dropped off.

• International shipping (orders sent outside the U.S.) times vary depending on location, customs, and carrier delays.

International Orders

Keep in mind that international orders take longer to arrive and may be subject to customs fees or import taxes (which are the buyer’s responsibility). We can’t control delays at the border - but we promise the candle is worth the wait.

A Few Things to Know:

• We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they’re in the hands of the shipping carrier - but we’ll absolutely help you file a claim or track things down. 

• Double-check your shipping address before you order! We can’t fix typos once it’s shipped, and reshipping due to address errors may require an additional fee.

• If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery: GetRelief@BurntOutCandles.com
